This flow accumulation dataset has been derived from the Montgomery County 2020 LiDAR elevation data. The DEM was processing using hydrology tools to fill sinks, compute flow direction, and finally create this flow accumulation dataset. Each individual cell is 2ftx2ft, so 4sqft. Clicking on a cell will show you the number of upstream cells that drain to it. Multiplying this value x 4 will yield the square footage of the upstream drainage. The data has been modified to only show cells that drain at least 2,000 SF (500 cells).

[ "DEP

Please use this data as a guide, it is not meant to be a definitive source of specific quantitative drainage information. Errors could be carried through from the base LiDAR data, and it's important to note the source data is topographic only - no storm drain or stormwater networks were taken into account. Please use with caution, and verify with other sources.

" }
